Powered by a 6.7 Cummins Diesel engine, mated to an Allison six speed auto. Locking rear, spring ride rear, 26,000 GVWR (under CDL weight), and air brakes. Showing 236,215 miles and 7,663 hours at the time of this writing.
Very nicely equipped truck, with a same year (2015) model Maintainer bed, 10k crane, compressor, two sets of drawers. Fully serviced, ready to go to work. All of the equipment functions as it should. Repairs just completed prior to offering for sale include:
Oil change and new fuel filters, new belt and tensioner, new exhaust manifold gaskets, new oil cooler seals, new front spring bushings and front shocks, new front and rear brake shoes and drums and new right rear wheel seal, new drive tires across the rear (Falkens), new A/C compressor, and some misc. lights replaced.
We address any issues we find – we use all OEM parts when reconditioning our trucks. I can provide receipts, both parts and labor, for all work just performed. This is a turnkey-ready to work truck.
The bed is a Maintainer 11′ service body, in excellent shape and without any rust. All of the doors close, latch, lock, and seal as they should. All the latches are keyed the same, and we have the keys for the bed. Interior compartment lighting in all of the compartments, as well as exterior LED work lights.
There are some areas of paint failure along the bottom of the bed. Under the D1 door, some chips under the driver wheel well door, under the driver rear door, under the crane compartment door, and under the P1 doors. These are small areas of paint peel or rock chips, and are visible in the photos.
In the D1 compartment, the truck batteries are stored in the bottom, with two shelves. All of the compartments have an interior track, allowing you to adjust the height/location of the shelves (or add more shelves) easily.
The D2 compartment has a stack of seven Maintainer brand Dualock drawers, as well as the body control panel (rocker switches for bed lighting, and compressor operation).
The driver wheel well compartment has one shelf. In the driver rear compartment, there is another set of Dualock drawers, five in total. Above the drawers is a Hannay Hose reel, and air regulator/drier. The hose reel comes out of the back of the service bed, and has it’s own cover to keep the hose out of the elements.
LARGE maintainer style work bench rear bumper. Tow hitch receiver built in, pass through storage bins underneath. There are manual override controls for the crane located in the middle of the rear bumper, as well as your outrigger controls. All valves are located inside of the bed.
The crane is a pedestal mount, and operates flawlessly. 10,000# maximum lifting capacity, and a two stage hydraulic extension out to 25′ of total reach. Run off a factory Maintainer remote – fully proportional and with excellent speed control. The remote can also start/stop the truck, idle up and down, and command the compressor on/off.
Under the crane is a small compartment that houses your receiver, and has room for a few small tools. The passenger wheel well compartment has a dent on the top rear corner, however the doors do close and seal properly and there is no water intrustion. One shelf inside of this compartment.
The P2 compartment is for your torch bottles. The P1 compartment has two more sets of shelves.
Vanair RC40 hydraulic compressor, runs as it should, showing 27 total hours. Air is routed through the Hannay hose reel in the Driver rear compartment.
The cab is clean and overall free of any damage. The driver seat back has a rip down the middle that has been stitched. No other rips or tears inside of the cab. Air ride seat. Passenger and driver side power windows, cruise control. Radio and A/C work as they should.
