LFO - “Advance” - Warp's best from Mark Bell - Bjork and Depeche Mode producer extraordinaire.

For my 100th video I wanted to focus on an album that I would easily place in the list of my favorite albums of all time: "Advance". This record was released in early 1996 (I received the promo of the album in 1995, so I often remark that the album was released in '95 because for some of us, it was). LFO was the flag ship group for the Warp label throughout the 90s, and despite the label losing their way in recent years, Mark Bell was one of the pillars of the label when it came to creating a fierce identity for Warp. They've had a massive influence on music since their inception, and I'm convinced they don't quite get the credit they deserve.
