How Gnarly are MTB World Cup Tracks compared to "Regular" Trails? // Mt. Prevost Vancouver Island

With the UCI World Cup Downhill Championship starting up again next week, I wanted to show how gnarly the trails their riding actually are. Last weekend was my first trip over to Mt. Prevost which is a legendary training ground for many top-level world cup racers such as Mark Wallace, Fin Iles, and of course was where Stevie Smith trained most of his life. It was really eye-opening to see the kind of stuff they train on, and especially to compare my footage to theirs on tracks like these to really see how fast they're going.
