TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS

IMPORTANT:
- Make sure your Mutator zone is set to enabled on Phase: None. That way the timer will enable it when it succeeds

- Do not place spawn pads within a hollow barrier. This can cause players to spawn in the sky. Instead opt for surrounding the area with walls of individual barriers.

- Do not build your pregame too close the active map zone. The map zone is the area you are not longer able to go through. You usually see a yellow barrier blocking this area letting you know you can not go any further on the map. Do not place devices or your pregame lobby near or around this area.

- Setting your Pregame Spawner pads to Phase: ALL will allow players who Spawn in while the game is in progress to spawn in the Pregame Area. If your mutator zone is still enabled, they should automatically be teleported to the game lobby or respawn area.

UPDATE 06/01/24
Please note that placing direct links into your map can cause it to be flagged and you could possibly receive a sanction. I have seen maps that place an image of let's say the youtube icon and then their name next to it and somehow these maps make it through. I have also seen them place contact info in trackers. That is where my advice was coming from due to it being seen in this way. Overall - It is always good to do your due diligence and know that - sadly- some things slip through the cracks although they should not. Now this video was made 5 months ago, prior to the most recent update that include sanctions. Moderation has increased since then and I agree that until Epic allows us to add socials inside of our maps ( I recall them mentioning this on the roadmap) then it maybe best to not do it at all or use with caution - going forward!
