Turbo-Diesel Minibike Build Pt.1

This is our favorite build we have done so far. We are using my brother Chance's minibike that he got 10 years ago. We put several hours on the engine to break it in, but as soon as we heard it start I immediately knew that I wanted to turbocharge it. So I proceeded to order 2 variants of the RHB-31 Turbos, one of them is oil cooled and the other one is oil&water cooled. I opted to use the oil cooled one for the MB-200 build.

In this video we fabricate and weld out the piping for the turbocharger. We still have to mount the oil reservoir and run the exhaust pipe.
