200g. Fresh Oyster
½ Tbsp. Rice Wine
2 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
2 tsp. Sesame Oil
1 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1 stalk Onion Leeks
¼ cup Tapioca Starch
2 Tbsp. Water

Oil, for Saute
