CreateStudio: Track Mattes Overview (Tutorial)

And green screen and blend mode! I know how to use track mattes, but don't use them to their fullest advantage as I'm still learning. So this is a beginner (not advanced) tutorial! But I hope it shows you how to begin to use this incredible feature of CS3!
