Embarking on a journey from Switzerland to Austria via Liechtenstein was one of the most picturesque and enriching experiences of my travels.

I started my day in Langenthal, where I caught a Swiss train to Zurich. As always, Swiss trains impressed me with their punctuality, comfort, and the stunning views they offer.

From Zurich, I traveled to Sargans, a charming Swiss town nestled in the Alpine foothills. The entire ride was a visual feast, with snow-capped mountains and serene lakes unfolding outside the window. 🌄

From Sargans, my journey took a fascinating turn as I boarded the LieMobil bus, which would take me through the small but stunning country of Liechtenstein.

Liechtenstein may be one of the smallest countries in the world, but it’s rich in natural beauty and cultural heritage. As we traveled through its scenic valleys and alpine landscapes, I couldn’t help but marvel at how this tiny principality manages to retain such an authentic charm amidst its more famous neighbors.

Liechtenstein truly feels like a hidden gem in the heart of Europe. 🏔️

My final destination was Feldkirch, Austria, a town that perfectly encapsulates the beauty and history of Austria. Feldkirch is a quaint town with narrow cobblestone streets, medieval architecture, and a vibrant atmosphere.

I spent some time exploring the Schattenburg Museum, a well-preserved medieval castle perched on a hill overlooking the town. The museum offers a deep dive into the history of the region, with exhibits that date back to the Middle Ages.

Walking through the castle’s halls and seeing the artifacts brought history to life, making it a must-visit for anyone interested in Austria's rich past. 🏰

Austria is a country that should be on everyone’s travel list, and Feldkirch is just one example of its hidden treasures.
