My wife Courtney, dog Gregor, and I spent the Labor Day weekend way out of cell service, in the southern Uintas at Grandaddy Lake (the Uintas largest lake). We backpacked in everything that we would need for a fun weekend: Packraft, Fly Fishing Gear, and plenty of beer! Throughout the whole weekend, we never heard or saw more than two other groups camping out on the lake, which meant it was as remote as we could hope! Plus we were the only ones to bring rafts in so we always had the lake to ourselves! Plus Gregor had a blast hanging out in the water all weekend!
