Today's video features LiveGood's product creator Ryan Goodkin with facts on the LiveGood Multivitamin for men and women.

"Did you know roughly nine out of 10 people are deficient in at least one vitamin and mineral? I mean, it's 90% of the population likely because we're dependent upon highly processed nutrient poor foods, but also our food supply does not have the nutrient density that it once did.

Now dietary intake, of course, is a problem, we're not getting enough nutrients out of there.

Then we have medications. There are a lot of different medications that can cause nutrient deficiencies.

And then of course, there's lifestyle. It's no wonder why we're seeing more cancer, more heart disease, more diabetes, more obesity, more Alzheimer's, just more chronic disease.

We enhance the multivitamin by including all eight essential B vitamins. And we actually include the most bioavailable forms of B 12, and Foley in their methylated form.

Then we added the marigold extract, lutein and Xanthine. Those are the pigments in the marigold flower, and they're highly concentrated in the retina in the back of our eye.

They've been shown to benefit vision and eyesight.

Alright, now for women we've added iron, but if you're postmenopausal and not to be taking iron, you can take the men's version, that is not a problem, and men, if you need iron, it's totally okay to take the women's version.

In addition to iron in the women's vitamin, we also increase the folate as well as added a cranberry extract because it's an antioxidant that has been shown to be very beneficial in the urinary tract health.

For men, we have less folate, no iron, but we did add lycopene. Lycopene is a potent antioxidant that has been shown to be beneficial for prostate health.

Soy free, dairy free, gluten free, vegetarian approved.

Best way to take the multivitamin? Since some of the ingredients are fat soluble, you'll get the most out of it if you take it with food. And because it has B vitamins that can help with energy production. I suggest taking it with the first meal of the day, so there's no chance of disrupting your sleep.
