Kangaroos Considering NATO Enforced No-Fly Zone Over Ukraine...

Five Years ago, Russia Today broadcast video of Russian CitiZens cleaning out, painting, restocking, and otherwise preparing their old Cold War Bomb/Fallout Shelters to enfold the population at short notice.

Finland and Switzerland saw, pondered, and did likewise.

NATO did nothing, having never had any coherent System of Fallout and Bomb Shelters for their Civilians, and they let their Emergency Stockpiles of Tranquilisers, Sedatives, Anxietyletics and Sedatives for Civiluan distribution, all go past their Use-By Date.

Giving Putin a chance to "justify" a "SURPRISE !" massive First Strike, betting that his (Sheltered) population will emerge after whatever NATO can scrape up by way of Rataliation...; than whatever's left of NATO's Shelterless population after they get Nuked without warning.

At any rate, such is the way this-all appears - to an old Kangaroo-feeder in the Forest, atop the Hill.
