Input: pink tube of system of helical slots.
Output: blue disks.
Two blue pins are symmetrically fixed to each blue disk.
Each pin slides in the straight slot of the yellow fixed tube and in the helical slot of the pink rotating tube made specifically for it.
The blue center disk is stationary in the axial direction.
The distances between colored sliders are kept always equal to each other thanks to different leads of the helical slots.
L3 = 4*L1
L2 = 2*L1
L1 is the lead of the helical slot 1 next to the center disk.
L2 is the lead of the helical slot 2 next to the helical slot 1.
L3 is the lead of the helical slot 3 next to the helical slot 2.
L0 = 0
L0 is the lead of the helical slot 0 (circular slot) for the center disk.
The lead angle of the helical slots should not exceed 45 degrees to maintain smooth movement.
The symmetrical moving arrangement of the disks reduces the lead of outer helical slots, thereby reducing the pressure angle on the helical slots.
The use of two blue pins for each disk makes it easy to move thanks to symmetrical thrust.
