11 Luxury Base Locations For Project Zomboid

Forget utility, today I'm searching for the most luxurious base locations in Project Zomboid! I'll be looking at base size, location and most importantly decoration and overall aesthetics. I'll be running through the list of all the rooms and utilities the building has to offer and I've included the coordinates if you want to check them out for yourself. I've also included a recommendation for a mod that can help you replace damaged glass.
