Here are a few key takeaways:

1. Subculture: When your market speaks uses non-mainstream language and has a shared experience. Tapping into a subculture gives you a huge advantage because your audience will feel seen and heard when you speak their language.

2. The Slow and Steady vs the Injection Funnel - you need both to maintain and grow your business but niether needs to be overwhelming and they have shared pieces so you can kill two birds with one stone.

3. Target Market vs. Ideal Client vs. Avatar: Having an avatar in mind can make selling your product super easy, even if your product serves mulitple avatars you just need to make sure the language is separated in your marketing so each avatar sees themselves.

4. The general order of building a business, launching an ecourse, etc: Brand - Signature System/Offer - Slow and Steady Funnel - Injection Funnel - Market Like Crazy

5. Don't "Copy" - Reverse Engineer: If you're feeling bummed because someone else is doing or saying something that you feel fits YOU so well, reverse engineer it and make it your own.

6. Memberships can be sequential or "choose your own adventure" but in either case you're best off creating some kind of onboarding process that gives participants direction and quick engagement so they are more likely to use their membership.

7. Last but not least - I shared a journaling exercise that will help you decide between target audiences if that is what you're struggling with (this is at the VERY end when we were going over time, so if you had to jump off then just go to the last 5-10 minutes of the recording.
