This world quest will be available when a Legion Assault is taking place in Highmountain. It takes place at the end of the bridge to the north of the Syvlan Falls (Riverbend) flight path in southwestern Highmountain. This enemy is not player- or faction-tagged. It knows a 3 abilities: (1) Shadow Crash, which deals damage to players that remain within purple circles marked on the ground, (2) Howl form Beyond, which sends all nearby players running in fear for 3 seconds, and (3) Shadowbolt Volley, which deals damage to all near players. Once this enemy is defeated, this world quest will be marked as complete. This world quest provides progress for the "Assault on Highmountain" quest.
