In this video, we implemented the composable and page for creating a task.

Welcome to Part 15! In this part, we’re taking a major step forward by creating a new composable function to streamline the task creation process. This function will closely resemble the get task method, handling loading states, network requests, and error logging efficiently.

We start by setting up the generate task function, making it an async function that receives a request parameter. Inside, we manage loading states, handle potential Axios errors, and ensure proper UI updates upon request completion. We also navigate to the appropriate view after a successful task creation.

Next, we integrate this function into the task creation page, setting up reactive variables like isLoading, isNetworkError, and axiosError. We also refine the UI structure, ensuring proper placement of elements like the task creation form, loading spinner, and error dialog for smooth user experience.

To complete the setup, we modify the router configuration by adding a new route for the task creation page, ensuring seamless navigation. After testing, debugging, and fixing minor issues (such as incorrect CSS properties and missing semicolons), everything runs smoothly, allowing users to create new tasks effortlessly.
