AUTOPRINT Fine Coat 80 drip off is an offline sheet-fed UV & Aqueous coating machine designed to provide full and spot coating on thin and thick papers at a maximum speed of 6000 sheets per hour. It caters to industries such as Pharma, Packaging, FMCG, Cosmetic, Food and Snacks, Printing shops, and Automobile.

1. Stream Feeder System:
• Pull-type side lay on both sides for precise paper alignment.

• Equipped with 4 rollers for consistent and uniform dampening.

• No-sheet detector prevents issues caused by missing sheets.

• De-clutching of offset priming unit for flexibility.

7. Control and Safety:
• High-speed PLC-based control with a 7" touch screen for intuitive operation.
• Main motor with brake ensures instantaneous stopping for operator safety.
• CE compliant design meets international safety standards.
Optional Features:
• Ultrasonic double sheet detector: Ensures precision by detecting and preventing the feeding of double sheets, maintaining accurate printing.
• Plate register punch: Facilitates precise alignment of printing plates, guaranteeing consistent print quality across batches.
• Peristaltic pump: Delivers fluids with exactitude, ensuring controlled application for flawless coating results.
• Antistatic device: Minimizes static electricity buildup, preventing misfeeds and preserving print integrity.

• 12 ft Vacuum Hold-down, Teflon-Coated Fiber Belt Conveyor: Secures sheets firmly during drying, maintaining alignment for consistent results.
• IR Module comprising 2 IR Lamps of 3 Kw each: Provides rapid infrared drying, accelerating production times.
• UV Module comprising One UV Lamp of 300 Watts per inch power: Enables efficient UV curing, enhancing print durability and quality.
• Automatic Receding Pile with Delivery Stacker: Automates stacking processes, streamlining workflow and boosting productivity.
• 12ft High Pile Dryer with additional IR & UV lamps (Optional): Extends drying capabilities for specialized applications, offering versatility and efficiency
