In November 2025, we visited the UOB booth at Singapore FinTech Festival (SFF 2025) to explore how artificial intelligence is being applied across different areas of banking through interactive and engaging experiences.

This booth tour features hands-on demonstrations highlighting UOB’s use of AI in scam awareness, conduct risk monitoring, and employee upskilling through its Innovation Academy. One standout experience is UOB’s Insurance AI Assistant, which shows how AI can help assess motor insurance claims by analysing photos and guiding users through damage evaluation in real-world scenarios.

Visitors can also take part in interactive games that make complex topics around AI, risk, and digital banking more accessible and engaging. Together, these experiences offer a snapshot of how UOB is embedding AI across its operations to support safer, smarter, and more intuitive financial services.
