Dr. Baughman earned his PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Tulsa and completed specialized training in neuropsychology through internships and fellowships at renowned institutions, including the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and the Memphis VA Medical Center. Board-certified by the American Board of Clinical Neuropsychology (ABCN), he uses a scientist-practitioner model to provide top-notch care.
