INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPES NO. 1 (Fried Chicken Wings)
1.5 lbs chicken wings
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of paprika
1 tsp of onion powder
1/4 tsp of chicken powder or magic sarap (optional)
3-4 tbsp of hot sauce
2 tbsp of mustard
1 & 1/4 cups of flour
3/4 cup of potato starch or cornstarch
1/2 tbsp of salt
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of paprika
1 tsp of onion powder
1 small egg

INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE No. 2 (Braised chicken feet with pineapple juice)
1.9 lbs chicken feet
1 thumb-sized of ginger, sliced
5 cloves garlic, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 stalks of scallions or green onions
1/2 tsp of black pepper
5 tbsp of soy sauce
3 cups of water (add more later if needed)
1 cup of pineapple juice
3 bay leaves
2 star anise
Thai chili pepper or siling labuyo (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp of brown sugar
1/4 tsp of chicken powder or magic sarap
