Easy to make Freezer Meals for large family

Dean and I headed over to North Island, New Zealand for our 30th Wedding Anniversary for 2 Weeks at the end of January. In this video I show you how we prepared 2 weeks of meals for the family while we were away.

Cooking double and triple of a meal is a great way to ensure you're prepared for those days when life is busy, family members are sick, or in this case, a holiday is planned. I have also found some great sites and recipes to make meals that are easily frozen.
