Pinnacle Living at Capstan Village is a new condo community By Pinnacle International currently in preconstruction at 3208 & 3211 Carscallen Road, Richmond.

The two parcels at the prominent southeast corner of the intersection of Sea Island Way and No. 3 Road will see a mix of uses within three towers, reaching up to 154 ft.

The east parcel at 3208 Carscallen Road will contain 207 residential units in a single 14-storey tower, including 41 affordable homes spanning 32,000 sq. ft. of floor area.

The larger west parcel at 3211 Carscallen Road will contain two towers, with 131 hotel rooms and 115 condominiums within the 14-storey south tower adjacent to the public park, and 200,000 sq. ft. of office space and 21,000 sq. ft. of retail space within the 12-storey tower next to the intersection corner.

The redevelopment is adjacent to the Capstan Way Station.
