Showcase of UL Research Centres.

The National Centre for Tourism Policy Studies was established as an independent and self-funding research centre at University of Limerick in 1994.

The Centre has been dedicated to:

1) The development of an internationally recognised Tourism Library at UL

2) Increasing scholarship and knowledge on the tourism sector through postgraduate research programmes

3) Dissemination of the best international and national research on tourism to inform policy debates and decision-making for the tourism industry with a clear focus on economic and environmental sustainability.
