This has led to extremely heavy rainfall in Gujarat, Saurashtra, and Kutch, prompting a red alert for these regions. Additionally, Sen announced a very heavy rainfall alert for Kerala, South Karnataka, and Odisha, with an orange alert issued for these areas. Heavy rainfall is also expected in Odisha and Chhattisgarh.
