* Always back up your site before deleting or making modifications.*
Step 1: Download WordPress core, unzip and rezip wp-admin, wp-includes and wp-root.
Step 2: Remove old WordPress core files and the malware from your hosting account.
Step 3: Upload the zip files and unzip to the proper folders.
Step 4: Update your .htaccess file.
Step 5: Check and replace your plugins, theme, and upload folders and clean out any malware.
Once done, report the malware has been removed to your host if they sent you a notification then check your website to make sure it's running properly.
