Building your email list is important and when you sell or give away a course it is important to know your options of opting someone into your email list. When I'm giving away a free course to build my email list, I use the automatic setting in the checkout page opt-in settings, but have the opt-in in my terms and conditions that they have to check in order to checkout.

These settings also allow you to configure Webhooks, but because I'm not integrating Kajabi with another platform, I don't use webhooks.

The last section is the checkout tracking code. Kajabi will track your checkout for you, so you don't need to put anything in this. If you are using Google Analytics you can use the third party integration. If you are using Google Adwords and have a goal, you could put the goal tracking code into these boxes. Just know that if you are a beginner and are using the Kajabi platform, Kajabi will track all of this for you without you having to put anything into these tracking boxes.
