Check out this cool rotating lamp that Ed picked up at an automotive swap meet - it was in pieces!

When installing the electronic assembly I realized the metal support strap is keyed and the assembly does only fit one way, I had to remove the top strap to rotate the light assembly 90 degrees to get everything to line up. Between the four clear dome pieces there are metal tabs screwed to the top and bottom. I had these prepped and attached to one side for ease of assembly. I also did remove the center cone from the lower disc for cleaning, this was 4 screws and a hair pin clip right behind the vertical Budweiser. This assisted in cleaning the years of barn dust off the inside.

The top, dome, & base basically hangs around the rotating sign, its a pretty close fit, assembled once you place it flat on a table it rocks everything from swinging around. Pretty how this all goes together. If you have a sign I hope this helps you disassemble and repair yours.
