Literally the first sound I dialed in on this just purchased Moog Sub 37.
You're hearing raw Moog sound through a cheap Electro Harmonix #1 Echo pedal (digital delay) which adds a little bit more movement to the running arp. The organic distortion this synth can produce is unreal.
