ITALIAN PASTA SALAD RECIPE || My Version

Hello beautiful people! Today I am sharing my version of a classic. Delicious Italian style pasta salad. This is a staple in my house as soon as the warm weather starts to roll in. I hope you all enjoy. Recipe is down below. Also, I know this isn’t “authentic” Italian pasta salad, this is just how I like to make mine and always get rave reviews.

**1 box of tri-color Rotini pasta
**1 green bell pepper
**1 small yellow onion
**1/2 cup sliced black olives
**1 Block sharp cheddar cheese
**1 container of grape tomatoes
**1 small bag of mini pepperoni
**favorite bottle of Italian Dressing (I always use Wish Bone)
**1 teaspoon salt
**1 teaspoon pepper

Boil Rotini pasta in salted according to package. Drain, let cool.
Chop onion, tomato, bell pepper, cheese.
Add pasta to bowl.
Start with adding 1/2 cup of Italian dressing, then add to taste as you go.
Add chopped ingredients to pasta, and also add sliced black olives and mini pepperoni.
Salt and pepper to taste.

Let chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
