Now I know, sleep training is such a controversial topic, and depending on who you ask - you will likely get a different answer.

There’s also a lot of stress when it comes to sleep so I hope to alleviate some of that stress by sharing with you my views, based on research, on sleep training so you can make the best choice for your family.
