I live with my family in the highlands of Nagano, Japan.

In this video, we spend quiet autumn days in the mountains —
walking through nature, listening to seasonal sounds,
and sharing small moments together.

Autumn comes early in the highlands.
The colors change, the air feels lighter,
and everyday life begins to slow down.

Some days are spent outside, walking through forests.
Other moments are simple and still —
time that doesn’t need much explanation.

I’m Japanese, and English is not my first language.
The narration in this video is part of my own challenge,
a way to share our life honestly, even through simple words.
