Resep ayam saus mentega.

Bahan utama :
• +-350gr fillet paha ayam
• +- 5 sdm mentega

Bahan marinasi :
• 1 sdm saus tiram
• 1/2 sdt garam

Bahan tumisan :
• 4 siung bawang putih
• 1/2 buah bawang bombay

Saus mentega :
• 3 sdm kecap manis
• 3 sdm kecap inggris
• 1 sdm saus tiram
• 1 sdm saus tomat
• 1 sdt kaldu jamur
• 1 sdt gula pasir

Tips :
• Pan seared ayam terlebih dahulu baru masukan bawang putih kemudian bawang bombay
• Pan seared ayam sampai ter-caramelized
• Gunakan bagian paha ayam agar lebih juicy
• Jangan lupa selalu koreksi rasa
