Hey everyone! 👋 In this video, we walk you through the steps to fix the Workfront error:

"An error occurred, and we are working to resolve this request. To continue with your work, try refreshing this browser page."

This issue happens when a faulty or corrupted filter disrupts the user's view. The solution? Simply reset the user's preferences! ✅

🔹 Steps to Fix the Issue:
1️⃣ Log in as the affected user.
2️⃣ Open your browser and enter the following URL:
[Workfront URL]/resetUser
3️⃣ Press Enter and browse to the URL.
4️⃣ This will reset the user’s preferences and should resolve the issue.

After completing these steps, the user should be able to work in Workfront without any problems. 🚀
