A police standoff is underway after a person stole a Sacramento Fire Department pickup truck on Saturday night. The fire department said the truck was stolen from Station 12 on 24th street in the South Sacramento area. The truck is often used by Sac Fire's emergency medical services captain. As of 9:43 p.m., the vehicle was disabled near Fairfield Street and Calvados Avenue in north Sacramento, police said.
