For every half teaspoon of matcha, we like to dissolve it in about two tablespoons of water. If you're making a bulk batch of matcha, try one tablespoon and one teaspoon of matcha with one cup of water, yielding enough to make a half-gallon worth of matcha drinks.

To ensure a smooth mixture, using a blender is a great option, especially for larger quantities. Once your matcha is completely dissolved, transfer to an airtight jar and seal it up.

Remember to use the concentrate quickly after making it, and when you take it out of the fridge, give it a good shake to reincorporate any settled particles. Don't worry, any buildup at the bottom will dissolve back in as soon as you shake the bottle.

Now that you have your matcha concentrate ready, all you need to do is measure out two tablespoons for each drink (8-12 oz), and you're all set!
