An update to the previous "Midland metro cab ride"

This was filmed on cold damp Wednesday 6th November 2019
on Tram 27 " two Severn "

Now operated by West Midlands Metro the track side has changed a little with less Trees now giving a much more important & safer view while driving and giving a much better and overall view for passengers ,those that look out the windows .

Besides the better view there is now less of a chance of trees falling across the wires and Track during high winds & bad weather has in the past disrupting services.

The Urbos 3 has itself had a make over with the fleet now in the new corporate livery of tow tone blue , the lighter blue is reminiscent of the "Nanking blue " that was worn by the "blue Pullman " which used to run along the route from Wolverhampton to London Paddington in the 1960s.



Further Tree cutting is still taking place ,
the poor birds are confused with there house there one day and gone the next !
