As the most significant transfer hub in the region and Türkiye's gateway to the world, iGA Istanbul Airport's Mobile Application has been updated to enhance and refine the app experience, which serves as the foundation of the digital customer journey. All modules have been reorganized, with new additions and enhancements, to provide visitors with a seamless digital travel experience on the mobile application, from start to finish.
The Istanbul Airport Mobile Application now offers the following features:
The profile creation screen introduces cutting-edge advancements in the digital landscape to our customers.
The customized design on the main page provides customers with easy access to all features.
A practical filtering option is now available on the Discover screen, with certain areas highlighted for customers to explore.
The Flights screen has the ability to track multiple flights, offer detailed information for each one, and provide guidance throughout the entire flight process.
The Campaigns screen highlights relevant campaigns based on user habits and encourages passengers to become iGA Pass holders.
The new premium design of the iGA Pass screen displays packages and services separately, lists the benefits remaining, and their amounts, and displays notifications about sales.
The entire category structure of the airport guide has been maintained and enhanced with a visually-appealing design, with a focus on being user-friendly.
An interactive function, designed to enhance engagement between individuals with a "follow your favorite" feature, is under consideration for future implementation.

We have diligently worked on developing an upgraded interface for our mobile app, aiming to enhance the airport journey and provide an elevated digital customer experience. and at the same time keep them posted about the latest services and special deals within the terminal.
