The Copenhagen Bioscience Cluster comprises four large research centres and the Danish National Biobank in Greater Copenhagen in Denmark. The first centre was established in 2007 to conduct research within proteins and since then the cluster has grown to include stem cells, metabolism and biosustainability.

We strongly believe that by creating a knowledge environment with world-class infrastructure that can attract the best researchers the cluster will ultimately contribute to solving some of the challenges threatening global health and welfare such as diabetes and the depletion of natural resources.
