The US Supreme Court is divided over the Trump asylum ban that was intended to stop illegals from trying to use asylum claims after the fact of getting caught in an attempt to avoid deportation. This is a tactic, one that a lot of them try to use too, especially when they’ve been in the United States for years illegally and have no legal ground to stand on. It has become a loophole in US immigration that was never intended by law. One that President Trump and his administration are trying to put a stop to.
