In this 22 minute preview you will dive into working your hips, butt and legs. From there you will jump up on the box and fire up your entire core.

🎯 Focus :
ABS. Lower body: hips and glutes.

This session is athletic, fun and energetic. We will use focused movement to build deeper strength around the hips and pelvis to create more powerful movement for those athletes. The session starts abs strong. Later we move into dynamic athletic movements and use some HIIT inspired training.
