Ohne dich is the tenth song on the album Reise, Reise by Rammstein. An early version of this song was already recorded during the recording sessions for the album Mutter, but it was not included since the band felt that there was no room for another ballad. This early version has been released on the single Ohne dich under the name Ohne dich (Beta Version). Depending on the single edition, the credit varies between both 2000 and 2004 for the recording date, which made it unclear, until evidence proven by a tape from the Mutter sessions, was found in 2021. The German artist Mambo Kurt covered the song in 2007 and released it on his album Spiel Heimorgel Spiel.
