Cape Arthur is one of the most desirable communities in Severna Park, Maryland. Located just minutes from downtown Baltimore, Cape Arthur offers residents a peaceful and picturesque setting.

The community is situated on the Severn River, and many of the homes have stunning views of the water. Cape Arthur is also just a short drive from Annapolis, making it an ideal location for those who want to enjoy all that the Chesapeake Bay Area has to offer.

For many Severna Park residents, the community of Cape Arthur is anything but ordinary and boasts one of the most spectacular beaches in all of Severna Park. In addition to the home lots, several open spaces were deliberately left to be developed as shared community spaces, where children gather for fun and play tennis, soccer, basketball, and lacrosse.

The community hosts an Annual Fall Festival, Easter egg hunt, and a Fourth of July bike parade. On Halloween, a giant bonfire in the center of the park brings together all neighbors.

The jewel in the crown of Cape Arthur is the expansive beach, known as Arundel Beach. From this popular gathering point, residents enjoy a perfect view of North Ferry Point to the east, Magothy Marina in Manhattan Beach to the south, and Stony Point to the southeast in Arnold. Sitting at the point where Cypress Creek enters the Magothy River, the beach is a gathering place for neighbors to grill, boat, crab, or just catch some sun while their kids are swimming.
