Georgia O'Keeffe | White Primrose | 20th / 21st Century Art Evening Sale

Georgia O'Keeffe and photographer Alfred Stieglitz' relationship is one of the most iconic love stories of the 20th century.

Completed in 1947, just after Stieglitz's death, White Primrose is one of only two works O'Keeffe created during that period. The painting reflects her deep grief and loss, yet also conveys a sense of hope, symbolizing the rebirth and freedom she discovered after moving to New Mexico.

Having passed through three notable private collections, including O'Keeffe's own, this masterpiece is now coming to auction for the first time in New York.
