This is a 1 credit clear of Emergency Call Ambulance made by Sega and released in the arcades in 1999.

Different driving game where you are an ambulance driver that has to take victims to the hospital as fast as possible. In regular arcade fashion there's crazy stuff going on that you have to navigate.

Fun game but also hard as nails. You have to drive perfect on the last mission to make it on time.
