💰 IS STREAMLABS ULTRA / PRIME WORTH IT?

Is Streamlabs Ultra / Prime worth it? Is Streamlabs Prime good value for money? What do you even get for your subscription with Streamlabs? How do you cancel Streamlabs Prime? - all questions I answer in this vid!

There's been some confusion and some controversy around what is, and what is not free, with Streamlabs stating that their iOS mobile streaming app is free, but also at the same time listing mobile streaming as a feature / benefit of the Streamlabs Prime membership.

Here's a list of what you get in your Streamlabs Prime Subscription as listed on their website on 26.07.21:

Overlay, Widget & Tip Page Themes
Every App on their App Store is free
Custom Tip Page
Custom Merch Shop
Gold Status + Free Tshirt
Stream on Mobile

Some of the features are good value, if you're going to make use of them (such as themes for your stream), or a custom tip page, but....

The thing is, many of these Streamlabs Prime features are not really that good value for money, or do not enhance your ability to stream to a better level, which takes away from the point of the Ultra / Prime membership.

In this vid, I break down each of those Prime features and give my take on their value to you as a Twitch Streamer, YouTube Content Creator, or Facebook Gamer!

Not only this, but there have been some questionable customer service issues with Streamlabs too, such as reports of problems cancelling Streamlabs Prime membership, or getting a refund on Streamlabs Prime subscription.

My personal experience was that I received no confirmation email when Streamlabs took a full annual subscription of $149.00 from my account, which is just not good customer service. Not only this, but finding the page to cancel your Streamlabs Prime subscription is not easy. You have to click through something like 8 different webpages or splash pages, and at most of those steps, Streamlabs is constantly spamming with sales material.
