Inhaling this Gas can Paralyse You for Life - Here's Why!

Nitrous Oxide / laughing gas causes depletion of Vitamin B12. Doing this for long enough may cause subacute degeneration of the cord which can lead to life long inability to use your arms and legs properly. In effect you will be paralysed. I heard of one poor person who was using hundreds of these whippets had paralysis within a week.

I have recently met two young people who have had severe tiredness related to B12 deficiency, hence this video. I also explain why just replacing the B12 will not be effective in avoiding this condition.
