Intake Breathing [How To] Apply Intake

Hey Nose Breather! Welcome to the Intake Band application instructional. This video shows you how to apply your Band with the proper fit and placement to access your best breath. STEPS
1. Clean each side of your nose thoroughly to remove dirt or oils from the skin. (use an alcohol wipe for sports applications or extra adherence)
2. Using the applicator, apply one adhesive tab to each side of your nose, just above the nostrils. Press the tab onto your skin to ensure complete contact.
3. Place the Intake band over your nose. The magnetic ends of the band will “click” onto the tabs, opening your nose.
