Trump threatens 100% tariffs on BRICS nations over effort to replace dollar

President-elect Donald Trump is vowing to impose 100% tariffs on BRICS nations unless they commit to not developing a new currency. CBS News MoneyWatch correspondent Kelly O'Grady joins to explain more.
