UPDATE: I found the song's original name, thanks to ScHiKeuR in the comments. It's "Quiet Thought" by Peter Sander.

While playing Spore I came across this mysterious soundtrack, which would rarely play when the camera hovered an "Economic" type city in the Civilization stage. Feelings of bliss spurted when I heard this for the first time; what a relaxing track! I desperately tried to find the track's official name, its artist(s), and a full, higher quality version of it since the in-game version sounded really muffled.
Eventually, I just ripped it from the game, and tweaked it a bit; the track should sound significantly less muffled. I did originally upload this here for others who wanted to hear this particular track without as much background noise or muffle as in the game, but since the name was finally found just recently, I encourage you guys to buy the track online for a clean and even more relaxing version (it's beautiful!):
