I used to be obsessed with this world in KH1, my nickname "HollowRiku" actually came from Hollow Bastion + Riku hehe~ I've been wanting to play this piece for a long time, but this particular Piano Collections ver. (arr. by Sachiko Miyano) has some tricky parts and I just never felt prepared enough to record it (?) Now that I have to record the second disc of the KH1 OST I forced myself to fully learn it and finally record it! ✨

I love its iconic 5/4 rhythm and how mysterious it sounds~ I recorded this in 3 different takes and put them together in a single video, it's not perfect but I have to accept imperfection when the arr. are more complex 😅 I'll keep working on the second part of the KH OST project, it'll probably be ready this year but don't know exactly when (?)
